ST1 Hanger 11

The ST1 Hanger 11 is a replacement hanger for Slappy ST1 trucks in the 11 size. The hanger is the top half of a truck - the part that carries the axle, holds your wheels and takes every grind. The 11 sits at the wide end of the Slappy lineup, alongside the wide trucks.

When to replace a hanger

Replace a hanger when the axle is bent, when the axle threads are too damaged to hold a nut, or when the hanger itself is cracked. Swapping the hanger keeps the rest of the truck - baseplate, kingpin, bushings and pivot cup - in service, so you rebuild one part instead of buying a new pair.

Match the hanger to your truck size on the Slappy size and spec chart before you order, and pick up bushings, pivot cups and hardware at the same time if the rest of the truck is worn. Not sure which part fits your trucks? Email info@slappytrucks.com before you order.

Rebuild instead of replace

Slappy sells its parts individually so one worn piece never means a new set of trucks. With a Slappy tool the swap takes minutes: pull the wheels, remove the kingpin nut, top washer and bushing, lift the old hanger off, seat the new one on the pivot cup and bushing, and rebuild in reverse.
