What the warranty covers
Slappy Trucks are guaranteed against factory defects - a problem that comes from how the truck was made, not from how it was skated. If a part arrives with a flaw, or fails in a way that points to manufacturing, that is what the warranty is for.
What it does not cover
Normal wear and tear is part of skating: bushings wear out, hangers get ground down and axles wear from grinding. Problems caused by an improper setup, such as an overtightened kingpin nut, are also outside the guarantee.
How to make a claim
Email us at info@slappytrucks.com with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Keep your trucks going
Most wear is fixable with a single part. Slappy sells replacement parts individually - bushings, pivot cups, baseplates, hangers and hardware - so a worn piece does not mean a new set of trucks. Sizing lives on the spec chart, and returns are covered in the returns and refunds policy.
